常见问题

a) 在网页内游览及搜索您想要购买的商品。Browse and search the products you want to buy on this web.

b) 选择您想要的商品,点击 “Add to cart” 就可将商品加入到您的购物袋。Select the product you want, click “Add to cart” to add the product to your shopping bag.

c) 点击右上方的【购物袋】就可看到您所选择的商品。Click on the [shopping bag] on the upper right to see the goods you have selected.

d) 点击 “CHECKOUT” 就会进入结账程序。Click “CHECKOUT” to enter the checkout process.

e) 填写您的个人资料,邮寄资料以及确认订单内容。Fill in your personal information, mailing information and confirm the content of the order.

f) 点击 “Place Order” ,选择适合您的付款方式(线上付款、货到付款) 。Click “Place Order” and choose the payment method that suits you (online payment or COD).

完成以上购物程序,您就可以在家等待商品的到来。After completing the above shopping procedure, you can wait for the arrival of the goods at home.

1. 订单处理Order processing

您付款完成后,服务人员会在营业时间内(9:00am-6:00pm)处理您的订单。After your payment is completed, the customer support will process your order during business hours (9:00am-6:00pm).

若您的订单在4点后下单,将被视为次日收到。If your order is placed after 4pm, it will be regarded as received the next day.

2. 安排运输Arrange transportation

商品准备好后,会安排运输公司负责派送包裹。After the goods are ready, the transportation company will be arranged to deliver the package.

星期日和公共假期并没有提供送货服务。There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.

3. 商品接收 Goods received

等待3-5天工作日,您就能接收到包裹了。但在特殊情况下,如高峰期或节假日,我们可能会需要延长至5个工作日。 但是,在这种情况下,我们会事先征求您的同意。

We strive to deliver to you within 3-5 working days upon receiving orders. However, during special circumstances, such as peak period or holiday seasons, we may extend to 5 working days if required. However, in such instances, we would seek your consent beforehand.

雪隆各个地区的免运费数额条规皆不同,可点击这里查看。只要单张购物单达到该地区的免运费数额,即可获得免费运送,(顾客不得运用累计个别账单的数额,即使是用同一个地址收货)。

如有商品损坏/变质了,请在收到包裹当天(24小时内)立即拍照及转发给WhatsApp号 (016-4927035),以便通知本台服务人员。以了解是否能够替补该产品或者直接退款。

If the goods are damaged or deteriorated, please take a photo and forward it to the WhatsApp number (016-4927035) immediately on the day of receiving the package (within 24 hours), so as to inform our customer support. To find out whether it can replace the product or refund directly.

若发现商品已经超过保质期或少于一个月的安全食用期,请在收到包裹当天(24小时内)立即拍照及转发给WhatsApp号 (016-4927035),以便通知本台服务人员。逾期通知的顾客将不受理。

If you find that the product has exceeded the expiration date or the safe consumption period of less than one month, please take a photo and forward it to the WhatsApp number (016-4927035) immediately on the day of receipt of the package (within 24 hours), so as to inform our customer support. Customers with late notice will not be accepted.

Refunds can be made when the supply of goods is insufficient or due to the technical status of the platform. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

我们的客服员将会打电话给您咨询。 最终单据中的任何不同金额,我们将安排退款或要求客户充值。

Our customer service will call you for advice if you are willing to exchange for a similar product. Any different amount in the final invoice, we will arrange for a refund, or we will request the customer to top up.
